Personal data protection

Information about customers is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll., as amended. Vencl&Banha s.r.o. uses all data obtained from customers exclusively for the internal use of the company and does not provide it to third parties. Without the express consent of customers, Vencl&Banha s.r.o. handles their personal data only and exclusively to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act, in particular in § 5 (2) (b) and § 5 (6).
