Shipping and payment
For delivery of goods in the Czech Republic we use the services of reliable carriers TopTrans, DPD and Zásilkovna.
In some cases the carrier cannot be selected, the system automatically selects the carrier.
We send orders from our main warehouse in Týniště nad Orlicí.
You can find out the shipping price after you put the goods in the cart and click on continue order. The shipping price depends on the weight of the goods.
The carrier may refuse delivery to your door if there is no paved road to the unloading point or if the place cannot be driven through due to high vegetation. Cottage areas are a common example, but personal arrangements with the driver are always valid.
Courier carriers
DPD
is for material not exceeding 1.5 m in length. With DPD we send fences , screws, paints and other accessories.
TopTrans
is for bulky material. With TopTrans we send decking, prisms, board material, etc.
Shipping office
is designed for small materials up to 5kg. You can order paints, screws or anchoring material from the branches of the Shipper.
Own shipping
is for all the material we offer. For custom shipping, there is a longer waiting period for shipment. We will deliver the material in approximately 3-5 days.
Personal collection
If you choose personal collection to a branch and the goods are in stock, you can collect immediately (a member of staff from that branch will contact you). We deliver new goods to branches every week.
Transportation in the vicinity of the stores
We provide transport within individual stores and within the Czech Republic.

Please note that unloading is not included in the shipping. We recommend you to arrange for help. The driver is willing to help you with unloading.

Payment methods
Online payments are handled for us by ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.
Cash
Cash can only be paid in stores upon personal collection.
Cash on delivery
can only be paid for when ordering through the e-shop. Cash will be handed over to the courier. Some of the couriers have a payment terminal with them, in which case you can also pay by card.
Payment by card
is the fastest way to pay online and in stores. You enter your card number, expiry date and CVC code - three numbers that you can find in the signature strip on the back of the card - into the ComGate payment gateway interface. It's all secured with the 3D Secure standard, so you'll probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you'll receive via text message from your bank.
Payment by bank transfer
is an instant payment via internet banking. The ComGate payment gateway will redirect you to your online banking account, where you log in as usual and confirm the payment order you have already prepared.
Apple Pay
is a payment method that allows customers to easily pay using a card stored in Apple Wallet. You must have aSafari web browser and an Apple device to view the service.
Google Pay
is a payment method that allows customers to easily pay using a card stored in Google Wallet. Google Pay is essentially the same as paying by card. The customer does not need to copy the card number or other details.
Deferred payments
The payment gateway has a fully integrated deferred payment feature. The buyer can pay for the goods up to 30 days later. The merchant will receive confirmation of payment immediately and we will remit the money within the standard time, regardless of the buyer's ability to pay. QR Payments
QR payments have been growing in popularity recently. If a buyer is making a purchase on a computer or tablet, they will welcome the ability to pay simply using a QR code.
Once the payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the store. The payment is confirmed immediately, we will proceed with the order without delay.
