Spruce KVH Prisms Non-view Nsi 100x200x13000 mm are four-sided planed prisms dried to 15% (+-3) with a bevelled edge.
KVH prisms are made of solid spruce wood and are not impregnated. The structural prisms are lightweight, dimensionally and dimensionally stable. No chemical treatment is necessary - wood-destroying fungi and insects are destroyed when drying.

What is a KVH prism
KVH prism is a quality construction material made from dried spruce lumber. The manufacturing process involves drying to 15% moisture content with a tolerance of 3%, then planing to the exact dimension and removing defects.
The pieces are joined using a tooth (zinc) joint and glue. The KVH prism can reach 13 m with a strength class C 24 (24 MPa bending strength).
What is the difference between KVH NSi and KVH Si
KVH NSi - Non-visible quality
- Blueing and minor defects possible, without affecting mechanical properties.
- Suitable for constructions where aesthetic appearance is not crucial.
KVH Si - Visual quality
- Used for visible structures such as ceiling beams, trusses, pergolas or gazebos.

How we store KVH prisms
KVH prisms are stored horizontally in well-ventilated areas to prevent possible scorching and subsequent changes in wood properties such as discolouration, warping and cracking.

Packaging
Each pack of wooden prisms is wrapped in stretch film and the sides are fixed with strong cardboard. The whole package is tightly sealed with PVC tape.
